# Troubleshooting

## 403 - Forbidden

This error means that the provided token is invalid or expired. Check what value is sent and, if you believe it's right, contact our support team to get help.

## 401 - Unauthorized

This error means that the authorization header has not been correctly added to the request. Check again the [Authentication](/authentication) section to make sure everything is done correctly.
